The information on this website is provided in good faith. By accessing, using or browsing this website you acknowledge and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Butterfly Baby Cakes will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of our goods or services to you, or on behalf of you.


Photographs used in the website are a guideline only. In the event an item is not available we will replace that item with a similar item of equal or better quality and value. Therefore some styles and colours may vary slightly. We always guarantee gifts will be of the highest quality and presentation.

We are happy to create custom made Butterfly Baby Cakes however we do require 3 days prior notice to delivery.

Prices of our goods, services, delivery and other charges set out on our website are subject to variation without notice.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with part of your gift please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the issue.


All Butterfly Baby Cakes come with a detailed list of the ingredients including sizes so that you can ‘unwrap’ your cake as you need the products.

Butterfly Baby Cakes are presented on a silver cake board wrapped in cellophane and decorated with beautiful satin and organza ribbons. You also receive a complimentary gift card with space to add your own personal message.


Orders can be placed through our website. Once your order payment is confirmed you will receive a tax invoice by email.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. When your order is dispatched we will email you the courier parcel tracking reference which can be used to trace your order with the courier.


Butterfly Baby Cakes accepts payments via credit card and direct deposit. Credit card payments are made using PayPal which is a secure accurate and reliable Australian payment service. Please allow 3 business days for your payment to be cleared if paying by bank transfer.

Our products and services include a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.


All cancellations of orders must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Please note if the gift has already been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund.
